1.Which of the three basic ingredients of courtesy makes the most sense to you?
-- For me,the most sense is empathy from the three basic ingredients of courtesy.

2.Would people in your country agree with Dr.Peale's "main ingredients" of good manners?
-- Yes, people in my country will definitely agree with him on a main ingredients of good manners.

3. Which of Dr.Peale's way of improving manners would you find the most difficult to follow?why?
-- The most difficult to follow is to accept courtesy because people can't handle all with Courtesy.Sometimes we meet strange,weird and suspicious  people who treat bad.So we can't stand with the courtesy.

4.The writer uses anecdotes to illustrate his points.Which anecdote will you remember?
-- I will remember the man dining lane was trying to unscrew  the cap of a bottle of catsup,but his finger were badly crippled by arthritis that he couldn't do it.He asked a young busboy to help.The boy took the bottle,turned his back momentarily and loosened the cap without difficulty.Then he tightened it again.Turning back to the man,he feigned a great effort to open the bottle without success.Finally he took it into the kitchen and returned shortly saying that he had managed to loosen it-but only with a pair of pliers.
